Phil Williams, CAMI, says returnable dunnage has reduced worker injuries.  "We used to get a lot of repetitive strain injuries before.   And a lot of people had to cut open boxes with knives.  People used to cut themselves...It (dunnage) is a lot more ergonomically sound."
